Well, it's birthday time. And my parents want to know some things I'd like. So, I'm lookin at something under $200 for my car.

I'm looking for power, not suspension right now. I've already got intake and exhaust (both Stillen), and in the future I'm looking to go FI (supercharger). I've got the automatic and it's an '03 sedan.

What would you suggest?

I'm tryin to search, but what EXACTLY does the space and MREV do, and what exactly are they? I'm just finding that they add power and you notice it. I'm still pretty new to Infiniti and in Honda and Cadillac I've never heard of those two things.

With Stillen intake, exhaust, would adding 1/2" spacers add 12-14 HP as stated in reality, or are they giving the high-end to make it sound better?

 

"Rev up" would be another word for MREV? Sorry for the n00b questions. And why wouldn't MREV work so well with auto?

 

get a spacer, its one of the best mods for 03-04, its well worth it

Oh, and I've decided on the 1/2" Iso-Thermals...

 

rev up classify engines that rev's higher and is not limited thus manuals rev higher than at's. And the 1/2 you get more hp in higher rpm's but if you are an at and you drive around in the low rpms then get the 5/16. 1/2 you cant put the cover on and 5/16 you can. so your choice. good luck!

 

honestly i dont think its worth the money for the plenum pacer when our plenum is the most restrictive thing on the car other than the exhaust...check out the kinetix intake manifold....its worth every penny get rid of that nissan hunk a junk plenum they have on our cars....

 

oh yea concidering you have a sedan and its auto...i hear the grounding kit makes an improvment on the car...its not a horsepower mod but i hear the shifts and everything else feel better such as throttle response and what not....

 

Have you seen the Kinetix perform the dyno? Their plenum dyno'd the worst or close to it.

 

Ummm....ok. So you would rather pay $800 or something like that for less power? Show me another mod that will give you 10 or so whp for $300. Motordyne spacers are one of the best $/whp mods out there for NA 5ATs. They have been dyno proven time and time again.
