I'm curious to know, I'm going to be getting the 5/16" iso thermal spacers (from MD) and MREV2. Should I be expecting 20+ HP at the rear wheels on my 03 5AT sedan?

Also, with an exhaust and intake, would I notice much of a difference in sound (Stillen on both ends...)?
