questions about throttle body evryone please read

I realize that the throttle bodies are fly by wire but my question concerns the wiring. I know that some electronics if you extend the wires the equiptment no longer does the right stuff. My plan is to make a front mount intake manifold. Kinda like the kinetix with the throttle body mounted on the front. I was wondering if anyone has attempted this or messed with the wiring on this. All replys are welcome thanks guys mike

well I dont know much about electronics but if your not sure you can always leave the throttle body where it is and just extend the wires to the length you would need them and drive the car for a week to see how it responds if nothing happens then you can start on you fabrication if it messes up then the only time wasted is the splicing back of the wires to original length.
