E-Brake Dash Light and Traction Control Lights Coming ON/OFF...help
I'm new here, just got a pre-owned 04 Sedan and am loving it...
The only problem so far with this car (under warranty still thankfully) is under hard braking the E-Brake dash indicator light (just says "BRAKE" in red) will come on along with the "Slip" and "VCS OFF" Light and will usually stay on until I restart the car (sometimes the brake goes out but the "SLIP" and "VCS" off light stay on). Anybody have any idea what this is? It doesn't affect driveability but it's annoying. I want to have an idea before I bring it into service.
Let me know your ideas on this, thanks and have a good rest of this Friday.

Just fill the brake fluid to MAX and the problem will go away
Had the exact same problem last month, and after i filled the brake fluid the 3 annoying lights disappeared, they turn on because the brake level is low and the fluid isn`t sufficient for hard brakes.
BTW i advice you to read the Owner Manual, you can get it somewhere on the forums or from Infiniti Website, the 3 lights will come on because even when you switch off your VDC the car will still monitor the brake its mentioned in the Owner manual its called Active Brake or something can`t really remember it.

Dunno exactly, just visit the dealer and ask them for the best brake fluid which suits the G35 and buy it from them, Dude am in Middle East dunno what is available in the US Markets.
