Hey guys and gals... Im bored w/ turbos and S/C.ive had both in cars other than the G.... now i was thinking of putting Nitrous in my 04 Auto Coupe.. BUT! i have a few tech questions... like does anyone think the Torque Converter can handle the load of a 125 HP shot? also i will be building the motor before i throw Nitrous at it. where can i find pistons and such ive i have looked high and low and all i can find is JE pistons, has anyone built a motor yet? maybe you have a parts list or can point me to where i have to go.. Man, there should be lots of stuff for the g. I would start and stillen the grubbs the do a simple search on the web. You should be able to find lots of parts.

tried them.... its about a 3mo or so wait.... i was hoping for something a bit sooner.... does anyone have any ideas about the Auto tranny?


*update* did a bit of calling around today... and from what im hearing the stock motor can take up to a 150hp shot... but no one knew if the tranny would hold....

 

I can't recall if he's 6MT or 5AT, but user audiblemayhem has a lot of practical experience with spraying the G. He did a really comprehensive post a while back outlining what's needed and also relaying his experience. You should search for it.
