Dealer Wouldnt Clean My Maf
They said it doesnt need to be cleaned and shoudnt
told me that the air filter (if needed) only need repalcement and also told me not to use the crc cleaner

So disconnect the wire attachment by squeezing the retaining clip on the bottom side of the attachment plug and pull it off. Remove the two bolts and slide out the MAF.
Then spray it with brake cleaner or starting fluid (ether). Spray from at least a few inches away so you don't damage the fine wire.
Wait until you're sure it's dry (a couple minutes) and reinstall it. The job won't take over five minutes unless you drop one of the screws and it falls down into the engine somewhere and doesn't make it all the way down to the driveway. If that happens, the project will take at least six minutes ...
