Fuel Pump

Hi all
I have a CPV35 skyline and need to upgrade the pump.
I fitted a used HKS Supercharger kit but didn't receive the pump as part of the deal.
Until now I believed the pumps were the same as the 350Z but my mechanic tried to fit a Bosche 040 pump which fits the 350Z but when he got my pump out it was like half the size of the Bosche.
Thought you G35 guys would have more experience regarding this issue as V35's are a bit of an unknown down here.

Everything seems to be running fine with no sign of detonation so is the std pump safe for now?
The car goes on the dyno friday to check the mixtures and if OK I'm going to a drag day on Sunday.
Thanks

It would be useful to know if your internals are stock and how much boost you plan to run. Regardless, I think your dyno tuning session will give you your limits.

you will be fine with the stock pump.you are only pushing 7 psi so the stock pump will be up to the task.if you start pushing more then that i would get at least a walbro 190 or 255.

OK thanks
The HKS kit comes with an upgraded pump so I assumed the stocker was not up to it.
Decided to fit a Walbro 255 just to be safe
