no need to flush and spend time waiting. just give the cash to the "techs" that recommended the service. it'll save you hours of waiting around.

By all means don't listen to those idiots. If you've been using at least a group III oil -M1, PP or better you won't need it. Put some redline or motul in there if you want to clean it safely if you used shiet oil. But if you didn't you won't need to do anything. YOu could cause probs if you dislodged sludge from crap oil with a flush.
