wierd noise from Engine

I started noticing my car is giving me a problem FIRST TIME EVER
This would happen randomly, happened to me three time when starting the car. Like i would start it, and i hear some noise from the engine like the belt is getting rubbed against something. I'm really bad at enplaning stuff so i turnd the car off and turned it back on and it was fine. I ignored it for few times but today when i was driving it happened, i couldn't turn off the car since i was driving on the highway so i pulled out and the noise went away.
Do i have to tighten the belt or something?

Manbir

Yes, that was a bad explanation, unless you are out of warranty, just take it to the dealer and make someone drive with you until you hear it again.

its its outta warranty now, Well basically When i start the car. I hear this noise coming from the engine it seems like something is being rubbed against something. I was guesing its the belt but can it be the steering wheel issue?

I would have to hear it to help you at all, go to a local meet and find someone nice to ask there, or post a video clip here and we can try to help.

The problem is, i cant seem to duplicate the problem, like i said it happens randomly. I think the best thing would be to take it to an dealership.

arrghh...their goes my paycheck

well, since i have my car in the garage for the winter, i started it this weekend to go for a spin. The same noise came back!
But it wasnt going away, till i put the car in N. and the noise went away. I turned off the car and started again but the noise didnt come again.

not sure what to do.
