350z & G35C y-pipe the same?

I've searched and only found posts that say the G35 sedan have the same y-pipe as the 350z.

Need to know asap. Thanks.

so the coupe & sedan & 350z have the same y-pipe...
what's different between the 350z and the g35c? the midpipe only?
