Whats this cooler for?

I noticed this piece in front of the radiator. What's it for transmission, oil, power steering?

that's the power steering fluid cooler.

the transmission cooler is the piping directly beneath the main radiator with the two smaller hoses coming out along the bottom (on the 5/at)
