Hi Everybody!

(Stuck with) Infiniti G35, 45.000 miles (because EV1 is no longer available, and Prius is overpriced).

Looking for oil and filter. I've been using Mobil products for some time now, but due to the level of bad PR surrounding the brand, would like to find an alternative, and 'vote' with my wallet.

Done some research ... Amsoil products look kinda ok. PureOne by Purolator too, but I am still not sure …

Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated.

pure one is a great filter ive used pure one filters pl14610 with royal purple and now castrol 0w-30

Royal Purple and Amsoil Synthethic are both very good products

royal purple is good stuff, better than mobil 1, but again its all personal picks...im running castrol 0w-30 now...

Already got PureOne filter, and will look around for Amsoil oil this weekend.

BTW, here’s some fresh stuff on ExxonMobil criminals.

 

German castrol 0w-30, make sure it says made in germany. its one of the best sythetic oils out there. Check bobistheoilguy forums.
