Amount of labor needed?
Guys, quick Q...if i am having a 1/2" spacer and sway bar installed on my coupe, how long do u think that'll take (hours and $$$ wise)? Also, anyone with a CF trunk? How long to install and did it take long? Thanks...
spacer u gotta do it yourself.. its really not that hard
sways was a biatch to install.. at least for me since theres not much room under jack stands.. i would willingly pay someone to do it for me if i had to do it all over again.. hahaha but then again.. i am a lazee a$$....

Is it a basic spacer or the iso-thermal?
Basic I would guess around an hour and the iso more like two. The strut bar is 30 min as long as there are no problems with the install.

i'd never worked on cars, but the iso thermal spacer and sway bars were my first two mods. (oh yeah and grounding wires)
nice socket wrench set, jack, 4 jackstands, ramps to make it easier to get going and it's a piece of cake. get the car high enough and it's pretty easy to work underneath it.
just take a Saturday and spend some time w/ your car! ha ha
- oh yeah, for the spacer install, I had a torque wrench and I still cracked a bolt. wish I had just "hand" tightened the way it's described in the instructions for those without a torque wrench. I was at 9.5 in-lbs when the manifold bolt cracked.
(don't let that put you off though - chances are slim it'll happen to you)
