spark plugs.......

i don't know, for some reason i feel like my car grumbles a little more than before when i get on it (kind of like it might be mis-firing).
i was just wondering if any of you changed out your plugs (not that you were experiencing the same thing). and if so, what kind did you go with and how many miles were on the clock? i just thought maybe it would smoothen things out a bit.

thanx,
chris

Spark plugs usually are toast by the time you reach 60k miles.

The harder you push your car, the faster they will expire.
I had mine swapped out and was shocked how bad they were.

Felt a difference immediately but i did have more than 30k miles when they were swapped.

Thanks. I've heard varying opinions on whether a change in plugs is noticeable or not. I've always been on the look-out for placebo effects.

I'd probably change them out anyway, if they were easier to get to. I may as well wait until it's closer to scheduled change.
