Are 2005 350z VB interchangable in 05 g35c?

I found a 05 350z AT owner that is selling his forged VB but I'm wondering if it is the same exact VB in my 2005 g35c? Can anyone confirm this or have part numbers for each item. Thanks.

hi its not the same cause in the G35 there are 2 large electrical connectors and the 350z has only 1.

wow, thats good to know. Weird how the engine is the same but the VB is different?

Interested in your info, more details on your info please. I have an FX35 and run the same VB mods as the Gs and Zs using the RE5R05A series tranny.

My VB

05 G35 coupe 5AT tranny code is 92x62
05 350Z tranny 5AT code is 92x60

Yes you should modify your core, but the same year between the G/Z is most likely going to be the same VB.
