I dont think port and polish is needed for brand new block?
I was wondering what else Im missing just the motor part?
obviously after that, you will need new fuel rail, pump, injectors, oil coolers, oil capacitors and such.

port and polishing and reworking the heads would just allow for smoother airflow... its not a mod that gets huge gains like it does on american cars, but it makes a nice little difference on import motors... and yea u would need new injectors and a fuel pump but u'll be fine on the stock rails... tunning is key.

I know Im missing somethings...any suggestions...I know by getting the pauter rods and the heads we are already looking at 12000+ but I can dream...
thats exactly what im talking about. i just got the hyper rev book for our cars. i am gonna get certain pages translated, but by guessing, it looks like the guys with the impul setups are garnering the most n/a power.

I don't want to jack the thread or start a new one since that I'm looking into the same route as Kyeguy82. Of course I can't affort the whole list at once, but which the recommendation of going first to last on this list? Thanx.

it would probably be best to put it all on at once since you have to pull the motor for most of the parts anyway.

well considering a set up like the one ivory mentioned would run u almost as much or more then a turbo set up i think if u want good NA bolt on gains u should go

Plenum Mod
Pop Charger / Z-tube
Pullies
Exhuast
HFC's
Headers
and to top it off a good tune.

after the tune u can throw on the MREV2 and tweek the A/F ratio and u can see over 12whp gain...

after that i'd go with some new spark plugs and an ignition system... combine that with a light weight flywheel and new clutch u can be putting down some serious numbers being NA

will also make tunning easier and keep consistency with scans

Do share! Scan it and I can get it translated.

The first thing on that list would be pistons and rods. But obviously pulling the engine out to do each is pretty ridiculous. So saving up and go big is the key. I would definitely go with NA than turbo despite all the hype and new tuning. Nothing is more exciting than running into the 8K rpm range and listen to the engine roar.

6MT Coupe
Heard of a Nismo S-spec1 and S-spec2 kit from Japan.
All Nismo internals, chip, etc. Spec2 has reworked heads.
Decent whp, in the mid to upper 300's and all NA, no FI.
Can't remember the site address, but it was talked about alot on a post awhile back on 6mt.
