Verifying Planned Mods

Hey Guys,

I've decided to bite the bullet and start modding my 03 G35 6spd coupe. I've been reading up on the mods I plan to do (my eyes are quite red at this point), and for the most part the reviews for the mods seem to be good. However, I wanted to check with all the modders out there to verify whether I'm missing some negatives or alternatives that may change my decision. Also, I wanted to see what the opinion was regarding the necessity of a fuel mgt. system (UTEC / Unichip).

I should mention that I do intend on going to FI (likely turbos) in about 2yrs or so, but I wouldn't want to purchase anything now that will adversely affect my car only to be useful when I go FI.

Current modlist:
1) Stillen Dual Cat-back exhaust
2) Stillen Stainless Steel Headers
3) Stillen Hi-flow airbox
4) Z-tube / Stillen Tube
5) MD 5/16" spacer
6) ? Fuel Mgt

Thanks for helping yet another newbie.
