Yeah, I don't know if this is legit. A lot of forums have been talking about using acetone to increase mileage. I doubt it does. However, doing proper maintenance like they showed and also getting rid of weight works.

I think I'm going to take my spare tire out too. I don't think I need it necessarily.

I find it very hard to believe any company saying they can increase mileage with any product. Auto Manufacturers spend millions each year developing new technology and trying to come up with different things year after year and cannot increase mileage as much as thses claimed products do

True, and I also saw a Mythbuster's episode where they tested all myths towards better gas mileage. I believe everything failed, even the supposed acetone fix. Although less weight would help for sure, but not by a lot.

there was an article i read were f you drove with your windows down vs driving with the AC on that you get the same mileage because of the drag you get from the wind with your windows down.. i would never know because ill drive with my windows down and AC on... haha

Yea, that was one of the topics on that episode I was talking about. Not much of a difference.
