Just wanted to know from the APS TT people on here when ordering your APS kit you had to order an adaptor for the 5AT version, anyone know what exactly this is and what it does ?

Also is a valve body upgrade and a tranny cooler a DIY job or is it a mechanics job.

no idea what that adapter is.

VB upgrade you can take off, send in, and replace if you read up a bit and don't mind getting messy.

tranny cooler - do that at the same time while fluid is out, but it's easy.

Just use matic-j on refill and follow service manual procedure to check levels.
