warranty and upgrade question

warranty and upgrade question

i seen a g35 coupe at in my area and i noticed that i know this guy and i see him from time to time and we stoped at a gas station and i head he had an exhast and he told me that he kep the stock exhaust and all he did was change the pipes to 2 1/2 inch and took out the resinator and it sounds good and he said he can feel the difference and he said if i wanted to do it he can hook me up for $65 bucks so im thinking about it but im not sure about the warranty and im thinkin i might get a cupple ponnies for $65 ? ....tell me what u guys think ?

Huh, you liked the way that sounded, are you sure he didn't install a straight threw resonator instead, I had one done for $70. I've heard these cars without the OEM resonator and it sounded horrable, a crime I though. If your car come in sounding like that the dealer might get thoughts in their head that with that kind of sound, you might not be the kind of person that takes care of their car and hassle you on the warranty.
