My 2003.5 Sedan's Tilt steering clamp kept loosening on it's own when it was cold.

Since there is no TSB for this (yet anyway), my dealer (Dorschel) called the Engineering Center for a solution and fixed it using the following parts:

48966-4M410 Bolt (137E2)
48969-4M410 Tilt Lever Stopper (137E2)
48933-AM615 Steering Column Spring (137C5)
48970-AM610 Adjust Lever (137D2)
48965-4M410 Tilt Lever Stopper (137D1)
48963-AM6N Lower Clamp Steering Column (736C1)
