hey guys i have an 04 6mt coupe with a jwt pop charger and 5/16 spacer what should i put on next for more power somthing not extremly expensive but a good bang for ur buck, maybe pulleys? or some exhaust component?

need suggestions getting more performance gains. would pulleys help? cant afford pipes yet.

2003 G35 coupe auto, afe stage2 air intake (cool setup since it has
a heat shield), AAM spec angled plenum spacer, performance speed chip. using a bel fx1 performance timer, cant get anything better than 0-60 5.85 secs. 1/4 mile @ 96.9mph. using royal purple full synthetic oil as well and 93 octane.

 

headers and test pipe will do the most power from a VQ engine

 

Well, from what I can tell reading what others have tested, the spacer and MRVE2 (revups), HFC's and a tune (UTEC) have had the most gains. It also appears that headers gains are uptop with a loss in the low and mid ranges. I just purchased the Motordynes lower collector and 5/16ths spacer. I'm still deciding on HFC's and then install the UTEC for a tune. My plan is to dyno, install, tune and dyno in a single day to see the difference. Then do 1/4 runs. The problem with the 1/4 runs is that I will do the driving - definitely not a drag racer.
