I'm gonna go with the MAF...remove the negative battery terminal, remove the sensor, clean it good, put eveything back together...

From all that I've read on these forums, 99% of the time, the user put on a CAI or a Pop charger. Do a search and you'll see the only people who had had this problem are USUALLY the ones with aftermarket intakes.

Engine requires proper spark, fuel, air mixture.

Air: Since O2 sensor was already checked probably not air. Plus you would probably smell the higher fuel mixture coming out in exhaust. Check aftermarket intake if you have one.

Electrical: You also checked battery and cables but you did not specify whether you checked the connection from alternator to distributor. Since it cuts off almost abrupt, I doubt that it would be any of the individual spark plugs or cables, but rather a central one used while motor is running.

Fuel: Any fuel leaks or work done that may have caused air in fuel line (or other contaminants like water)?

Due to intermittent nature and that it seems not to occur when gasing it, it could very well be a dirty fuel filter. Random movement at lower speeds seem to trigger clogging which cuts power. The fact you can restart it right away means the dirt settled leaving enough fuel to go through but eventually it will become totally clogged and you will no longer be able to just restart. If it is fuel filter, you might want to do something about cleaning your gas tank and maybe be more picky about where you buy gas.

Just my random guesses, hope it helps. I don't want you stalling on rail tracks or something.

I don't know what to do. The dealer checked out everything according to them and they say the car has no problems. I cleaned Maf sensor and I'll see how this works out. Oh yeah I always use 91 octance and try to use chevron or shell all the time. I use the fuel system cleaners all the time as well, so i don't know what to say.

OK, put back your original Intake and filter and clean the MAF. I've also heard that the refreshing oil on the K&N can dirty up the MAF. So, put back the OEM intake and filter and clean the MAF. It's an easy test to see if that's the problem.

Does the manual trans have the intelli key, I heard they had a recall that the intelli key was losing signal and the car would die. I know we had the recall done on our Murano and I asked about it when I bought my G35 a couple weeks ago? Just a thought.

I call it on the MAF as well. Buy a MAF cleaning solution and clean it well. Also, next time you clean your intake filter and oil, you have to make sure that filter is completely dry, and I mean atleast a good 2 hours sitting in the blazing sun before you put it back on your intake tube. Oil moisture is no good on the very sensitive MAF sensor.
