Installing Motordyne items

Just wanted to feel out how difficult the install for the Motordyne 5/16 spacer and the MREV2 is for a novice? Thinking of going with it and replacing the Skunk2 so I can get the new Stillen front strut bar.

I really want to do it myself this time but the extent of my car mechanic knowledge is literally as far as changing my own oil and a putting on a spare tire.

it's pretty easy. all you need is the right tools. extensions and in-lb torque wrench. i did mine myself. just remember not to overtorque the bolts.

Just practice with the torque wrench if it's the first time you've used it! And remember that in-lbs is very different than ft-lbs!!!

12X different to be exact!!!

while you are at it,.....it is really easy to change the spark plugs while you have the upper and lower collector removed from the car....you may want to consider a plug at that time (if its anywhere near time to change your plugs.)

I did mine in about an hour without the lower collector being replaced or a torque wrench. 1200 miles no problems and noticeable cooler temps.
