stalling out

So sometimes when i floor my (04) g35 mt, and go to neutral or just leave it out of gear after reving high on the highway or just gunning it hard, it simply stalls out. The RPM's drop to zero and dont recover. (and no its not my shifting). Is it a fuel line? does anyone else have this problem?

Also when i turn the car off there's a rattling sound, but if i depress the clutch and turn off the car there is no rattling sound. Anyone else have this problem? What is it?

Not sure on the first problem...have you done the clutch fluid replacement? Suck the old stuff out with a syringe and put DOT 4 in. Pump the clutch 25 times and repeat until the fluid is clear.

The rattle is the throwout bearing and pressure plate...totally normal, annoying, sounds.
