24 month service.

The dealer is telling me I need a 24 mo. OR 30K service to coast $330.00 My car is a 05 G35 coupe w/ only 12K miles on the car. They told me that I can weight a little longer because of my low mileage. I have done oil changes every 3K or 3 months and recommended Inspections up to this point. I looked at Infiniti help service recommendations for my car and this is what I came up with.

Replace:

1) Cabin Micro filter
2) Lubricate all locks/hinges.
3) Replace Differential Oil
4) Engine Air filter.
5) Replace Drive Belts?. Look like new to me [no crakes] going to leave.
5) Replace Manual Transmission oil.
6) Replace radiator cap. [ This is a new one to me to }
7) Wiper blades. [ Like new ]

and the rest are inspections.

However the dealer told me that they would also replace all the filters Including the GAS FILTER & put a gas cleaning agent in. I have been using Chevron and Dry gas every 3 months since new. In spring I will put in 1 CAN of BG 44K and this should really clean out any carbon that may be left.

I also think is weird that the 30K mi. service does not recommend a radiator FLUSH; However all the other fluids are recommended to be changed.

What are your suggestions. I was going to order all the filters online & bring it to my mechanic to change/flush ALL the fluids. [Clutch, Gear, PS, Break,& Coolant in Spring 08. Do you think I should look into anything else. The only reason for not having my 24 mo. service done at Infiniti is because my GUY is freaking **** and he will do the oil service's using updated equipment IE; he has PS-ATF-Coolent flush machine.

Your mechanic should be able to do as good a job as the dealership, and at much less cost, though $330 from a dealership is actually not as high as I've seen for a 30K service from them...

$330 is cheap for the 30k service. The dealerships usually charge 750-800 for that.

I am thinking the following in short.

Change all fluids and filters.
Clean throtle-Lube Hinges-Can of 44K injector cleaner.
