that's the same reason why i didn't want to get either the s-afc II or the emanage. i thought the only alternative to this would be a TS reflash, but now unichip has one.

Maybe a TS reflash with the SAFC would not allow the ECU to relearn? I gues the only advantage with this setup is the ability to adjust your A/F ratios and store them for certain driving conditions.

if this is true, then how are people using the E Manage with their twin turbo kits

If I understand it correctly, E manage has an output that can directly control how much fuel that the injectors are spraying. The SAFC is just controlling the output of the MAF, basically just tricking the ECU.
E manage can control more of the ECUs functions, SAFC just controls what the MAF is reporting to the ECU.
You can also modify timing with E manage.
