got my stillen ztube today
only had my 06 6MT coupe for 2 weeks. This was the first performance related mod I've done on the car. Installed with k&n in the stock airbox.
Easy install and it does what I expected. Little more pop and more noise feedback that I really wanted. Car stock is too well insulated and too quiet for my taste driving a stick. I want to hear shift points.
As far as the part itself, that's the business I need to be in. Crappy piece of injection molded plastic with nasty mold seams on top and bottom and pisspoor finishing especially on the vacuum port. All for $60
It works but yuck. How about a little more attention to detail for a part destined for a $30k to $40K vehicle?

Back when I was N/A I had the UTR CF tube with Stillen intake. It went well with the CF engine cover and battery covers.
I agree with the other guys, the oem Z tube looks and works better. You won't see more gains from it but quality is higher.
