03 g35 oxygen sensor??
I was told today that there are 5 oxygen sensors in the car, and that my front right one needs to be replaced.
Can anyone tell me what it does and if it needs to be replaced right away or can I wait some time....im a little short on cash right now.....I was quoted about 300 bucks including parts and labor

Your ECU uses the O2 sensors to determine what the air/fuel ratio should be. If one of them isn't working right, it's probably ok to drive the car for a while, but don't push it hard as the ECU isn't able to properly adjust the fuel rate, and at high RPMs that could cause engine damage.
2 in the exhaust manifolds, 2 in the cats...
each O2 sensor is about $124... Easy to swap out...
