UTEC OWNERS PLEASE COME IN or Anyone with Inspection knowledge

I have an issue...my car needs to be inspected but for some reason the dealer cannot hook up to my OBDII port...anyone know why this is? My car is not allowing him to pull engine codes or tranny codes....

I am needing to get my Idle bumped up some because of my supercharger but no one is able to access anything from the OBDII port....with that being said that means my car cannot be hooked up to the inspection machine...

So i need to get my car inspected and was curious if anyone has ever experienced this issue or knows how to fix it please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks in advance.

The utec doesn't have anything to do with that, i have a utec and when my check engine light came on, i read the code and clear it. it's something else with the stock computer

you need to have the map switch on 0 to bypass the Utec and have the dealer read directly from the factory ECU to raise your idle

yeah i found out this evening that it was the dealer software that had the issue.....I got my inspection done at an inspection place and they hooked up straight to the OBDII PORT
