I agree that there are other alternatives that may even be better. The fact that I lived nearby and could get the dyno done is what sold me.

How much did you spend? I think AAM reduced their flash price to like $400 or so, but your custom tune cost twice as much. I've seen mixed result from flashes where some see gains and some, purely, nothing was altered other than rev limiter. I'd recomend paying extra for a 3 dyno pulls and have them flash it after 2 pulls so that you have a good baseline. This way, if the 3rd pull looks identical, you can raise the BS flag right away and adress the problem.

Right now the price of the AAM flash is still $595. Occasionally they'll have a sale where they reduce it to $419. Both Technosquare and AAM use the same software, although I've heard Technosquare's is more optimized for 91 octane (west coast) while AAM's is more optimized for 93 octane (east coast).

As far as dyno tuning it, I think that's another $300+? Not worth it in my opinion.

Ok so i went to Altered Atmosphere and got the scoop on the raflash, Jason told me that for the reflash it all depends on the mods that you have on e which reflash you will get done, He said there was a guy that had a g35 with a Altered Atmosphere plenum spacer and a Injen intake that gained 18HP to the wheels after the reflash and someone with a new plenum, intake and exhasut gained in the 20's

Did you ask if that was a simple flash or dyno tune flash? I think these flashing tuner especially AAM, tends to advertise their great tuned flash result but don't mentioned it's the tuned flashed ie..extra money. We had a local revup motor pretty loaded with mods, got next to nothing on the normal flash, then was offered a free tuned flashed and saw some improvement, but nowhere near those results. So i'm skeptic about those results being a standard flash.
