Engine cooling plate

Engine cooling plate

Does anyone know where i can get an engineering drawing of The cooling plate as i would like to make them out of steel and potentially sell them painted in any color...

let me know

you would probably have to buy one a make a stencil of some sort out of it

its easy enough to draw up on graph paper. i made mine out of acrylic that way.

i have a full metal shop and paint booth to do small parts like this so if anyone can help me that be great....

awesome! its a plate that goes right above your radiator to keep airflow direct to your rad.... mostly its for looks! haha

Oh... an air diversion panel... I've never understood why people use those on our cars... it impedes the airflow to the intake snorkel.

Unless you are using long ram intake it's not a good idea (IMO)... with OEM, Stillen, or JWT it's best to let the ram air up there.

Just my opinion.

haha honestly the air flow will not change hardly at all its for looks ppl say it helps air flow because it sells the product better.....

Just make a template out of cardboard or poster board.

i would but i want to make it better then out of a piece of cardboard haha i dont want to make a crappy part haha i can wait....

I think he means, make the template out of cardboard to get the dimensions right, then proceed to fabricate the "real" part using the cardboard template as a guide. Then you have a perfect fit.
