hi everyone.. recently when driving in 2nd gear at low rpms, i've noticed a weird sound.. sounds like either a pulley is loose or something woobling. but when the rpms get higher the sound is gone. anyone know what might be wrong?

i've also heard stories about the oil consumption.. how i do know if my car is has this problem?
