Car resisting when I get off gas in 1st
I just got an 04 coupe with 144k miles on it back in April.
The car drives great but when I am going less than 10 mph in first gear, the car sort of jerks back when I let off the gas, almost as if I hit the brakes slightly but I don't. This is especially noticeable at lower RPMs. The only way to make the herky jerky motion stop is by giving it more gas or braking and stopping. You can feel it a tiny bit in 2nd too but it's not bad. I thought this was just normal at first because I've never owned a manual car but I'm starting to think it could be my tranny or differential fluid/bushings. Any one else experience this??

That's normal at 1st and 2nd gear (and for some cars, even 3rd). My brother's 6 speed 370z is the same. I find it pretty useful if cops are around and you'd like to reduce speed without using your brakes. Some cops look for your guilt when they see your brake light and end up pulling you over anyhow lol
