you can have both or either one. the high flow cat just replace the stock catalytic converter.

How's the tone compared to stock? Do you have a stock intake? Any other breather mods (high flow cats, plenums, etc.)?

I still have the stock intake and no breather mods.

Exhaust tone is real deep. At low RPM it sounds like a tugboat as someone called it. After 3000 it screams with a nice drag race sound and thats when the extra torque and power really kick in. Sounds and feels more like a V8 than a V6. Id definately say it's more fun to drive especially the first few seconds in 1st gear.
