well decided it was time to change my spark plugs....put in sum new NGK platinim series and discovered a bit of oil in one of my spark-plug chambers.......WTF!? soo now i have a bigger prob at hand...!!.....whats my next step....? any advice on what i should do next is appreciated.....actually i was thinking about taking my G to the mechanic and let him deal with it.........i figure the warranty is no good here as i have too many mods in her to have the stealership fix it.......

 

Like a little around the edges or a like a lake?

 

well it wasnt a lake but it was a bit more than just "some around the edges".....after everything was cleaned off ,from the spark-plug, the chanmber & the coil , there was enough oil to almost fill a teaspoon'ish..... i'm not too mechanically inclined or anything like that but considering all the other plug chambers were bone dry, i think we have a problem houston........

i figured i'll have to change the valve cover gaskets and/or the spark plug gaskets, O-rings.......soo, a trip to the mech is in order....

 

I think there were a couple of threads here and on my350z that mentiond this issue.
