what do you mean mess with the throttle body? Its attached to the plenum...it shows it comes off with it. Yeah i dont have a torque wrench :-( do i really need it? What would happen if i mess with the throttle body....heard you can take it out and clean it anyways.

Just leave the TB attached to the upper plenum. You can spray it with some MAF cleaner if you like but don't touch the butterfly. It's sensitive to forced movement. If you plan on working on your car much, you really should invest in a torque wrench. It's not a must but allows you to do the work more precisely and without overtorqueing (sp?) bolts. Installation of the plenum calls for an in./lb. (not a ft./lb.) torque wrench. You can do it without one but just need to really pay attention to your tightening sequence to distribute the compressive force evenly. Suggest you follow the pattern in the Motordyne instructions.

Worry about that when you get to it.

Search for the throttle postion learning procedure. You're probably going to need to perform the procedure once everything is back together.
