Dealers may not always concede easily (as seems to be the case with your dealer), but the Magnuson-Moss (sp?) Warranty Act basically states that your warranty cannot be voided until the dealer/manufacturer proves that the modifications you've made are the root cause for any damage to the vehicle. Obviously, the modified/replaced parts, themselves, are not covered under the warranty, but your original warranty is not automatically voided if you make aftermarket mods. Search the forums for "warranty" - there are quite a few detailed threads on the MM act and other owners' experiences.
Personal experience - my altenator crapped out on me. The dealer was so convinced that it had something to do with my grounding kit or my aftermarket stereo equipment because they had never seen an alternator fail on so new of a vehicle (fewer than 15000 miles at the time). They kept threatening to charge me for repairs, but I held firm that was not going to happen until they could prove that my mods were at fault. I think they finally decided it was easier to replace under warranty as opposed to taking the time to truly figure out what happened. However, we did both walk away from this with the understanding that if this happens again the dealer will take the time to prove what's at fault before they make a warrantied repair.

My dealer is cool with the mod, even offered to do it for me.
But as Hey_Ya says, if you got the black one (like I did) and new belts, nobody will know (very easily anyway).

Re: Was thinking about UR pulley....
Sedanman Did you just do the crank pulley and thats it. Want to make sure those parts #''s for the belts you left me on another thread work for just the crank being replaced. I'd imagine if you did all the pulleys there would be still another set of belts to purchase?

SixFive,
That's right bro. I'm doing just the crank pulley, and those belt #'s are for that mod.
I'm not sure if replacement of the other pulleys means yet another length of belts.
