That would really depend on the tune. you'd be surprised what a tuning can do.

I'm pretty sure the 4.5L kit is only for the HR, not the DE.

BC requires removal of the oil squirters, the GTM kit does not. Both require machining the girdle for rod clearance or using the new IP billet girdle.

As far as I know, no one has built a stroker NA VQ yet... and I've looked a lot. There's a guy at Z1 that has been working on one for quite a while, but it's still not done.

350 whp on a 3.5L VQ would be very suspect from my point of view... 350 whp from a 4.15L motor is a whole different thing...

That's why I agreed and disagreed. Because this hasn't been done, I honestly can't say either way about it. It would be sick to see an NA stroked motor with ITB's. I would seriously consider going NA to be different if there was a kit/the equipment to do this.

ITBs are not simple. I think most of the Japanese that are running ITBs are using cable accelerator system and dumping the drive by wire. There's a thread about them on my350z. Some company is making them, or going to make them... They definitely look cool.

Tommy Kaira had the ITBs and so does Top Secret, but yes you do have to get rid of drive by wire.

that just looks absolutely ridiculously awesome.

But based on what Ive asked people before that had contacted Tommy Kaira, they do not sell those individually and also they were discontinued because they couldnt actually make it work properly.

that's pre-built. It shouldnt cost as much if you have them build it up from the ground up?

Why would it be any different?

That price also assumes you're going to give them a block. If you don't give them a usable block, it's another $1,500 for the core charge.

Im not sure how they work around their system, I guess I assumed they are already built systems. In any case that's pretty hefty price tag to shelf out all at once. I wish they had some sort of Dyno figures for different setups.

I have not seen a stroker N/A setup but if you look around on My350z there may be one or two.

GTM does not mess around, they are one of the (if not, the) largest VQ builders on this side of the world. I could see you making 325-350whp on a good 4.2 kit with the right cams, etc.

Ive seen some setup in the my350 but they didnt do a stroker it seems, the most hp i saw were from z1 at 308whp

It almost seem like anyone who shelfed out the money for the stroker added TT just for principle.

Stroker kit and TT can make big, big power but you need to get the right comp for your needs. N/A should be high 12:1+ as where boost needs to be low ~8.5:1.
