Need Help Asap!!!!

the check engine light, slip and VDC light are all on and the car jolts everytime i drive the car does anybody know whats going on i had the APEXI NEO installed and just took it off and the car started acting like this. ANY SOLUTIONS PPL??? thanks

Ya I would reset the ecu then see if it throws a code again
