hey i was just wondering will 350z's aftermarket radiator fit 06 g35 sedan?

It will but not perfectly. You don't need one if you don't track your car. Even boosted cars are ok unless they see a decent amount of track time.

I have a 350Z AMS radiator in my car.

i just found one locally for cheap price,

so why not take a chance,
