2jz swap

Yesssssssssss my boy finally got me my motor now all i need is a trans and ems and a fat *** turbo. First 2jz in a g35 yay

i'd rather go LS1 swap (see other thread )

but i'm interested in seeing how people make out with all different types of swaps

cant take pics right now its at my friends house and he lives all the way in hidelburg i live in kiserslaurtern im gonna make the drive saturday to go and preview it before i purchase he's only asking 1500 euro i know its just the motor but i think it will be worth it in the end

Technically the drivetrains are almost identical so technically they would be the exact same swap.

the fact that it's a G35 is sementics really.

still i have yet to see a 2jz in a G's body....... different cars different bodys as far as the drivetrain, that gose out the window cuz its gonna get replaced anyway. but if im wrong plz feel free to let me know

Do you fail to read on purpose?

The G and the Z is kinda the same. It's a Z33 2+2 (but nicer on the inside)

Teh G and Z have almost identical motor/tranny/suspensions. So any RB swap for the G is essentially the same swap for the Z. Other than any clearance issues. Although I'll GUESS the Z probably has the worst case situation space wise.

Why do you think you even considered this swap? Because you saw it done already on the Z.
