Why not just get a VenAir or Samco kit?

Sorry, I don't know the actual size.

It's an articulated hose. You should buy an OEM hose or, as ttrank suggested, a Samco or Venair hose set.

Changing radiators? You can't change the upper coolant hard line. I mean you "could" but it would be a huge PITA. If you go with a metal radiator, you could use a steel-braided hose like this>>>

The hose in that pic of Marty's car is obviously not OEM. He had an AN fitting welded to his upper coolant hard line. I think he used a -10 hose and fitting as did I. The OEM hose is articulated and I believe is either a -10 or -12.

I would suggest you have a shop weld an AN adapter on there to facilitate running the hose in that direction. You'll probably have to use a fitting similar to this

Steel-braided hose won't turn tight corners so you'll have to plan out the hose run carefully to get under the vtc covers but over the belts. If you use a -10 adapter for the upper hard line, you can use -10 hose and a -10 fitting. You'll probably need a -12 clamp for the other end of the hose.
