Exclamation CLICKING please help....

Ok I am new to the V6 world and new to Infiniti (old car was 2001 Trans AM) This is a little vanity problem (I hope) but my car that I bought is a 2004 G coupe with 34000 miles 5AT I LOVE THIS VEHICLE. Anyways to the problem------- When I start my car I can hear a small clicking noise. It does not get worse when I start the AC but when I rev up a little it will get worse with the RPM. BUT when I hit 45mph I can not hear it at all and neither can my friend that I had stand on the side of the road. I was thinking change the oil and maybe the belt? What do you guys think?????

slight rubbing/ticking noise.
do u still have the under engine liner that protects bottom of engine?
i lost mine on some road construction and 2 weeks later belts went bad.

So the clicking just went away all of a sudden?? Did the oil just need time to lube everything back up after sitting at the dealer for so long?
