Some new goodies installed...

Well, I jumped in with both feet. I just had the following installed:
- vortech s/c
- Random Tech hi-flow cats
- Stillen exhaust
- JWT clutch
- JWT flywheel
- Eibach sway bars
- Autometer gauges (boost, A/F, EGT)

Car will be dyno tuned on Wednesday. I will post charts afterwards. I picked up the car last night. Definitely feels very strong, but I don't want to push it until after it is tuned! I will post driving impressions after I get some more time behind the wheel.

04 G35c DP/Willow, aero, prem, guards...
Vortech S/C
R/T cats
Stillen exhaust
JWT clutch & flywheel
Eibach sways

Re: Some new goodies installed...

Nice, can't wait for the dyno and hopefully 0-60 and 1/4 times

As for resizing, if you're using Windows, just open the pic in Paint and you can use Image->Stretch to reduce it, probably 50% is good.

Re: Some new goodies installed...

dude that is like what they did to the supra in F&F.
Just drop a bunch of mods in a car at once.
P.S. - Those gages are tight, its a good idea to put them there!

Re: Some new goodies installed...

What size are them gauges ? dam I could only get 2 in my cubby...so I went with a AEM A/F and SPA dual gauge...Fuel P. and Boost....Im not really happy with putting them in the cubby [cant see them as well as I thought I would] But I like the Idea of keeping the stealth look....No one know you got anything in the car .Gauges are in and the big Vortech box is in the garage and going in Monday

Couldnt afford it when young...gonna play when Im old

Re: Some new goodies installed...

How's the JWT clutch and flywheel? I heard that it makes some noises during idle...is that true? What other odd noises does it make? And last question, is the JWT clutch similar to stock feel? if not, how does it feel? thanks.

Re: Some new goodies installed...

Thanks guys.

RANDY: total cost (including labor) for all components was about $8.7K.

BOOGER: gages are 52mm. I was surprised they fit too. They are positioned well and easy to see. A/F is sort of useless but installer said the widebands were backordered. I will change out later.

KWAKMAN: JWT combo is very close to stock - I can hardly tell the difference. My stock clutch had some chatter and the JWT is the same or quieter.

here is a quick photo of the install.
