first oil change soon

Hey everyone my first oil change is coming real soon since i bought the car, the car is a 2005 5at and it has 47000 miles and i was wondering what is the best type of oil to use, the car is completely stock but i i drive it hard on the weekends when i get a chance too. Is there a oil that gives it a little more power or are they all the same. I was thinking about going with Royal purple oil, does it make a difference or not? Any info would gladly be appreciated thanks.

Oil change....better sooner than later!

There's nothing more important than changing your oil/filter on a regular basis
so your G35 will last and run well! Mobil 1 synthetic along with a quality filter
like Mobil or K&N will do the job. No power is made from using a high quality
synthetic oil but just after you change the oil you'll notice your car is happier.... I don't know where you live but you can't go
wrong using 10W/30!

i bought it used from a certified dealer, i live in NY, brooklyn pothole city, it sucks I drive slow all day so I dont hurt my G. So Mobil 1 synthetic 10w30 would be the best choice, its my first car and i dont wanna mess it up.

I changed the oil yesterday and the mechanic ended up putting Mobil 1 synthetic 5w30 and changed the filter too. Cars running perfect, mint
