I'm planning on giving my 03 automatic coupe with about 73,000 miles on it an engine tune up. I kinda want to do it myself for the most part but need some information on some of the things I might need to buy and do.

1st thing I need to know is with those miles what's the best motor oil to use. Another qustion is about the transmission oil. Not sure if I'm going to try to change myself but what I need to know is what should I look for if I get someone to do it for me. Next are the spark plug, which ones should I buy and should I replace the cables while I'm at it? Besides the oil and air filter, are there any other I need to replace or change? I'm also going to change the two belt which I belive are for the AC and alternator. Not sure if I'm forgetting something but if I am can anyone enlighten me. Thanks in advance.

For oil i would just keep using what you have been using......trans flush anybody with a flush machine can do it as long as you use J matic trans fluid.Spark plugs just use ngk platinum and we dont have plug wires.
