Z1 Motorsports Plenum Spacer

Ok, I am getting close to making a trip to Z1 motorsports for a few things. They are only an hour away from me. So, it would be cheaper for me to make the trip to them then to buy and get all the N/A parts I want shipped to me. But, I was wondering has anyone tried one of these I read the post about the other plenum spacers. Motordyne I beleive was one and Skunk. I know the outcome of that but, I have searched and there isn't much info on Z1 Motorsports..So, do any of you know how this will do compared to the motordyne spacer? Here is a link to the part.

Most people just go with the proven MD spacer.

Get it used. I just waited patiently for them to pop up in the marketplace. I think there was a dude that was selling the isothermal for like 130 a few months ago.

^The reason I'm asking is because I have my eye on a Z1 that's $95obo.

From what tiny bit of info I've found, it's 5/16, which is the size of MD I was going to get.

95 is pretty cheap. I havent heard anything bad about their spacers so as long as it doesnt leak, I dont see any reason not to get it.

^IKR?!?!? I remember reading somewhere on here that it's 5/16, but then another site (my350z I think?) said it was 3/8, but I've seen a pic installed and it looks thicker

IDK, I guess I'm going to have to call them.

I was thinking about buying this soon but, as everybody else, I cannot find ANYTHING on this...does anybody have anything to contribute to this compared to the other spacers?

My guess is it's about as close to the Skunk 2 plenum spacer.

Well, I called up the guy at Z1, and asked about the size of the spacer.

He said someone else asked about a month ago, and if he recalls correctly, it's a 5/16.

So there's what little bit of information I could gather, for whatever it's worth :/

not enough info to make a choice...thats why

If its 5/16 thats just as good as motordyne BUT you won't have the 6 support braces for the middle bolts it looks like. Those are important.

Someone get it and write a review on it, otherwise there will never be info about it on this site.

I had sent an email a few days ago (before I decided to call)

Just got a responce back:

It is a tapered spacer. 12mm to 6.5mm
So that's about 1/2 to 1/4.

Average thickness would be 3/8.
