cobb + mods

Does anyone know if you can use the Cobb access port with mods? The website say the maps were designed to be used with the stock intake system. I have a short ram fujita and plan on getting an cat back soon. Will i be able to use the Cobb with these mods?

I read on my350z that Cobb was releasing maps for the Z that were compatible with aftermarket intakes. It would just be a matter of time before they release for them for the G. The issue is most aftermarket intakes skew maf readings. With that said, I would certainly monitor a/f at WOT to make sure it is in a safe zone if you keep the intake on and use existing maps that are only compatible with the stock intake. Make sure you have wideband o2 sensors, I believe 2004.5 and up if you plan on monitoring.
