Question is a Utec needed

i have an 04 and the SES light loves to be on, i have replaced both cat o2 sensors with the non-fouler method now im replacing both header o2 sensors. i have been throwing codes p1283, p1274, p1167 ect. all codes that deal with o2 sensors. i have reseted the ECU even took it to the dealer, they have been cool about all my mods. so im thinking a utec and a tune is needed. i have a CAI, plenum spacer, headers, Crawford HFC, Exhaust. so after each ECU reset the SES coming on about 40-50 miles after the reset. could it be the connector that the cat o2 sensors hook up to not the sensor it self? or just get a utec and tune?
